Third Echelon Development proudly backs our products with a Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

• Who’s Covered: The original purchaser, for as long as they own the firearm.
• What’s Covered: Any defect in materials or workmanship that affects safety, function, or performance.
• What We’ll Do: At our expense, we’ll repair or replace your firearm to ensure it works as intended.
• How to Use It: Simply contact us, ship your pistol through an FFL, and we’ll handle the rest.

Because we believe in our products, this warranty gives you peace of mind for life.

Third Echelon Development Limited Warranty — Terms & Conditions

• Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser who registers the firearm within 30 days of purchase.
• Covers only defects in original factory parts and workmanship under normal use.
• Excludes:
  • Normal wear and tear (finish wear, barrel erosion, spring fatigue, etc.).
  • Any modifications, aftermarket parts, or optics installed.
  • Use of reloaded/remanufactured ammo, or any non-SAAMI spec cartridges.
  • Neglect, improper maintenance, or storage.
• Customer must pay all shipping, insurance, and FFL fees.
• At our discretion, products may be repaired or replaced. No cash refunds.
